Click the SiteBlocker icon in your Chrome toolbar, then click the large green power button. The current website will be instantly blocked and the page will redirect to a focus wall.

Open the popup and click the red power button if the current site is blocked, or go to the Dashboard and remove it from the blocked list. If Strict Mode is active, you'll need to enter your PIN first.

Strict Mode locks your blocked list behind a 4-digit PIN. When active, you cannot remove sites or change settings without entering the PIN. This prevents impulsive unblocking.

Instead of a hard block wall, Mindful Mode shows a breathing pause timer. After reflecting for a few seconds, you can choose to proceed or go back — building better digital habits through friction.

Try these steps: (1) Reload the extension from chrome://extensions, (2) Hard-reload the page with Ctrl+Shift+R, (3) Clear the site's cache and cookies. Some sites use service workers that cache pages — a hard reload forces a fresh network request that triggers the blocker.

Go to the Dashboard → Schedules section. Create a schedule by selecting days (Mon-Sun) and time range (e.g., 9 AM - 5 PM). Blocking rules automatically activate and deactivate during the scheduled times.
